Danny has served as Chief Executive Officer since founding BCS in 2015. He has more than 25 years-experience in building and growing data center facility management and critical infrastructure operations companies. Danny directs all aspects of the BCS strategic plan and manages a team of executive leaders. Prior to BCS Danny served as Sr. Vice President & General Manager; leading the QTS’ Critical Facilities Management Group. At QTS Danny developed QTS's critical facility management startup and provided global oversight for all critical facility operations, sales, product, and marketing. In addition to QTS, Danny has held global facility management leadership positions at JLL, CBRE and ABB and has worked with and supported Bank of America, Microsoft, E-Trade, Goldman Sacs and other Fortune 100 companies. Danny is based in BCS's Addison, Texas office and is a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
John brings over 15 years of enterprise-level, mission-critical operations discipline to BCS. John has command and control of operations and in his role, enables the implementation of a globally aligned engineering strategy. John works directly with CEO, Danny Crocker setting service delivery expectations for the BCS portfolio. Prior to joining BCS, John served as Director of Data Center Facility Operations for global financial services leader, Fiserv. John was responsible for long term strategic planning, day-to-day operations optimization, implementation of environmental operations programs and control standards. John also served as Regional Director of Critical Infrastructure for Time Warner Cable where John led critical-infrastructure strategy and engineering operations for 207 critical facilities.
John holds a TIA-942 Design Consultant Certification (CTDC) and is a Certified TIA-942 Internal Auditor (CTIA), a Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP), plus a Data Center Infrastructure Specialist (DCIS). John is a Member of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and an active member of the leading association for the Data Center Management Professionals (AFCOM).
Charged with overseeing BCS’s national Human Resources operations, encompassing all sites where she leads employee relations, staffing and recruitment, and compensation and benefits. With nearly 15 years as an HR professional, she has a passion for recruitment, retention, people development, and service. LaTonya has served in various, progressively responsible roles in Human Resources. Prior to BCS, LaTonya served as Director of Human Resources and Safety for Mayo Manufacturing, a global manufacturing company. Prior to this role, LaTonya served as Coordinator of Human Resources and Training for a public-school district with more than 1,100 employees. LaTonya is a board member with Texas SHRM and past President of the Tri-State Society for Human Resource Management. She holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and received a Master in Business Administration from Texas A&M University.
Utilizing her 20 years of combined, accounting, financial, and management experience, Summer focuses on creating value in organizations by integrating operational data with financial data to enable strategic decisions. She is well-versed in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic oversight of global financial operations. Prior to BCS, Summer worked in public accounting and C-level depository accounting and finance, as well as corporate investment accounting for a globally recognized investment firm. She has held the title of Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Retail Banking and Finance Director for a range of financial organizations including CoreLogic Inc., Texana Bank and Fidelity Investments. Summer has experience leading cross-functional financial teams as well as managing full cycle revenue and receivables accounting. Summer is highly experienced in developing and implementing internal controls, leading audit projects, and focusing on customer data analysis and reporting. Summer holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
Chad leads marketing and corporate communications for BCS. Chad has over 25 years of marketing, communications, and strategic planning experience growing business-to-business and direct-to-consumer brand, marketing agencies, and Fortune 500 companies. This includes go-to-market strategy and execution for high-growth enterprises, progressive marketing methodologies, plus building and leading effective organizations. Chad recently served as head of marketing and communications for QTS Data Centers, a public (NYSE: QTS) information technology and critical infrastructure company with $450 million in annual revenue. During his tenure with QTS, the company executed a successful initial public offering (IPO) and achieved organic growth as well as growth through strategic acquisitions. Prior to QTS, Chad was part of the executive team for two advertising and marketing agencies where he led strategic planning, client services and research for global brands. Chad's early career included brand management and marketing roles with Fleetcor Technology, Hilton Hotels, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and United Airlines.
